Our old friend, the heavy bag, has returned!

Thanks go out to JD Lepeta and Rob Heitzer for getting the parts assembled and sorted out.

Class tonight 7p-9 with Sensei Pervizpour. Saturday, basically, ALL day 8:30a to 9pm, Sunday 9am yoga, 10-3 aikido. Everything is free on Sunday; doubles as a dojo open-house.

As part of the weekend’s seminar, the dojo will open at 8:30am. Class will be 9am-Noon, 1pm to 4 and 7pm to 9.

SATURDAY – July 27

Aikido

• Morning, 9am to Noon (with mid-break)
• Afternoon, 1pm to 4 (with mid-break)
• Evening, 7p to 9 – Weapons work

Meals

Lunch: $5 for light fare (sandwiches or pizza TBD) at the dojo.
Dinner: We will likely go somewhere nearby as a group on Saturday evening.

Fees

$80 for Saturday’s training.
Discounted to $50 for Kinokawa Ryu members.

A quick reminder that the class schedule was recently changed. Saturday classes are now 9am to 11.
